Biomass Combustion in the Helically Coiled Domestic Boiler Combined with the Equilibrium/Chemical Kinetics CFD Approach

In the face of threats related to energy supply and climate change, use biomass is gaining importance, particularly in distributed systems. Combustion biomass, including residue considered one routes increase share renewables generation. The modeling gaseous phase reactions remains crucial predicting combustion behavior pollutant emissions. However, their simulation becomes a challenging task due computational cost. This paper presents numerical analysis process gas mixture released during decomposition domestic 25 kW coil-type boiler.
